To accommodate guests for the morning and evening's graduation activities around Sanford Stadium and Stegeman Coliseum, parking for the South Deck (S-11), Carlton Street Deck (S-15), Tate Center Deck and lots S-10, S-12, S-14 and S-16 will be reserved for graduates, their guests, and participants. The University of Georgia's Conference Center and Hotel is located on the beautiful, historic campus of UGA in Athens, Georgia. The Center includes a 200-room hotel, four onsite dining options, banquet areas, conference rooms, auditoriums, a fitness center, and a computer lab — all under one roof.

Join Special Collections Library staff each Tuesday at 2 P.M. for a tour of the exhibit galleries of the Walter J. Brown Media Archives and Peabody Awards Collection, the Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library and the Richard B. Russell Library for Political Research and Studies.

Inclement Weather

UGA's Fall 2015 Undergraduate and Graduate School Commencement ceremonies will be held indoors at Stegeman Coliseum on Friday, December 18, 2015. Therefore the university's inclement weather policy does not apply.

Disability Access

For Stegeman Coliseum: Disabled parking is available in lot S-12 (Hoke Smith Annex). The lot is adjacent to Stegeman Coliseum. Visitors with disability concerns are strongly encouraged to arrive early at the coliseum. Seating for wheelchairs is very limited in the arena. Main entrances to Stegeman Coliseum along Sanford Drive and Carlton Street are wheelchair accessible. An elevator with access to the floor level is located in the Southeast corner of the arena…
